This place is amazing and Kim was incredibly helpful making recommendations based on what I was trying to accomplish and I left with a beautiful new racket to start my Tennis journey.

Super help staff that are super friendly. Kim is super knowledge about racquets and strings but ultimately does not make you feel like you have to buy something that moment. He definitely spend some time to share more information about the racquets and strings to make sure you know what you're looking for. Would highly recommend this shop for all tennis things related!

Ordered 2 racquets from them and it took so damn long for them even until now not delivering it to the logistic carrier. Emailed them twice in a week to follow-up and there is no response too. Worst online experience ever.

If I could give this store 6 stars I would. If you go in this will probably be the highlight of your day. Every time I go into this tennis shop I am always extremely impressed by their customer service, friendliness, knowledge of the sport, efficiency, professionalism, and pure love of the sport. When you go in you are really taken care of and they do a wonderful job finding the best fit for you for what you are looking for. I would pay more to buy a racket here simply because of the amazing customer service than elsewhere. I paid $10 to demo 3 different rackets for 3 days which is such a steal because it's nice to be able to try the racket before you purchase one. The $10 fee even goes towards whichever racket you choose to buy. I really appreciate the owner's thoroughness, level of detail and care he provides when helping pick a racket and strings. 10/10 would recommend this shop to others and I always tell friends/family about it! Best tennis store in Bellevue.

This store used to be reliable, but their service has gone downhill. The price for badminton stringing has increased by 25% in just one year, yet the turnaround time is still terrible—on average 3 weeks, with frequent delays. They also cancelled a coupon service without any notification or compensation, which is incredibly unprofessional. If you’re looking for timely and fair service, I’d recommend going elsewhere
